If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed bookings, your credit card will be credited
with the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy below:
If you cancel within 45 days prior to any booking, a cancellation fee will be charged, and this amount
cannot be credited to any other booking. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either
directly to Tania Tours or through your Travel Agent. The following scale of charges will apply when
a cancellation occurs for any booked service:
“Number of days prior to a booking and cancellation fees as a percentage of total price”
45 – 22 days: 30%
21 – 8 days: 50%
7 -1 day: 100%
Tania Tours reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with
operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Tania Tours is not responsible for any
other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
