6 Day Biblical Package

Day 1     Queen Alia Airport – Amman

Our airport representative will meet the clients at the flight gate and assist with all immigration procedures and customs. Then the clients will be transferred to their hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2     Amman City Tour – Bethany – Amman

7.30       Breakfast
8:30      Depart to Amman City Tour. The tour will begin at the scenic citadel viewpoint, which overlooks the Old City of Amman. Where the roman temple ruins of Hercules, Ummiad Palace and the Amman archaeological museum can be found. Then drive down to Philadelphia Roman Theatre. One hour lunch break in a local restaurant.
13:00     Depart to Bethany (Baptism Site) which is a one hour drive from Amman and 10 Km north of the Dead Sea. Visiting the spiritual site where john the Baptist baptised Jesus Christ, walking on foot through the ancient tamarisk forest to reach John the Baptist Church. Then walking further to the Holy Jordan River.
16:00     Drive back to Amman Hotel.

Day 3     Amman – Nebo – Madaba – Umm Al Rassas – Amman 

7:30       Breakfast
08:30     Depart to Mount Nebo 1 Hour 15 Minutes’ drive. Arrive to the religious site Mount Nebo the Memorial of Moses where he viewed the Promised Land more than three thousand years ago. Mount Nebo is overlooking the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, Jericho and the mountains of Jerusalem.
11:00     Depart to Madaba centre, from Mount Nebo making a stop at one of the mosaic workshops to learn more about the art of mosaics. Then visit the unique mosaic map of the Holy land and the as valuable historical document dated to seventh century A.D in the ancient Byzantine saint Georges Church. 1 hour Lunch Break.
12:00     Drive to Umm Rassas a 1 hour and 30 minute drive. It was originally a roman fortification built at the end of third century A.D and was reused in the byzantine era .Where Remarkable pieces of mosaics lie on the floor of Saint Stefano’s Church and other Byzantine Churches in the surrounding area.
14:00     Drive back to Amman Hotel an hour and 30 minutes drive.

Day 4    Amman – Petra – Amman

07:30     Breakfast
08:30     Depart to Petra a 3 hour and 15 Minute Drive to the Ancient Red Rose City
12:00     1 Hour Lunch Break
13:00 Begin Site seeing by the visitor centre, A short entertaining Horse ride. Then start discovering the majestic site by walking through the mystery of the Siq (the narrow passage through the mountain). Then arrive to the treasury Monument then continue exploring the ruins of the ancient city of Petra. A city carved into the Mountains
17:00 Depart back to overnight in Amman.

Day 5     Amman – Dead Sea – Amman

10:00 Depart south west to the Dead Sea which is an hour drive. Free day at the Dead Sea

Drive back to overnight in Amman
